Join us at Hamilton Pool Vineyards & Farms Saturday, December 16th for an unforgettable afternoon and evening as we take you on the journey from Farm to Table. You’ll be given a guided tour of our lush vineyard, hand pick the vegetables you’ll eat for dinner, and get to know the people, animals, and plants who call Hamilton Pool Vineyards & Farms their home.

Begin the afternoon with a guided tour of our 10-acre vineyard while learning about our sustainable farming practices. We’ll share with you our vision for the future of the property, transforming the vineyard into a permaculture food forest where grapevines flourish alongside a diverse community of edible plants and fruit trees.

Visit the residents of our farm who are part of our regenerative grazing operations. Learn how chickens contribute more than just eggs to the table and how sheep can keep the land healthy for future crops.

Finish the tour with a stop by our vegetable farm where you get to handpick the vegetables which we will turn over to our gourmet chefs who will get to work while you continue your immersive farm-to-table experience and learn about our Hamilton Pool Nature Academy and Farm Camps.

Take a seat in the courtyard and engage in in-depth conversation with our own Master Sommelier, Brian Scipione, SGD who will share the rich history, culture, and craftsmanship of each bottle. Hors d’ Oeuvres will be served to help satiate your growing appetite.

With your palette prepped, you’ll move to the dining room for a three-course meal prepared with the vegetables you harvested and food that involves all the elements of your afternoon tour.

As the sun sets, sit beside the crackling fire where you can continue to sip a glass of wine, and listen to some enchanting poetry.
